Color ANSI Penguin with system information

An ANSI Color Penguin Logo with some system information that is can be displayed at boot time or at the the login prompt. The default installation displays the linuxlogo at boot time.

Includes a config utility, linuxlogoconfig(8), for selecting when the linuxlogo is displayed.

Diverts /etc/issue from the base-files package when the linuxlogo is displayed at the login prompt.

As of version 0.2 linuxlogo now works on terminals with white backgrounds.
