Package: hextype (3.0-8)

Hexdump according to the old DOS Debug output format

The output consists of 3 columns. Each row contains up to 16 characters. The first column contains the address of the row (in 16-byte words). In the second column each byte is represented by its hex-value (00 to FF) and in the third are the bytes in printable characters (unlike od -c hextype does not print unprintable chars with a 2-char "escape-sequence". They are replaced by a dot.
